Following a impressive test drive, Jamie was really helpful and informative when I was ordering the new car. While waiting for delivery, I was kept up to date with the car's progress and on the day the handover was seamless and enjoyable.

Our friendly and helpful associate could have possibly reinforced obvious statements regarding road tax and insurance rather than simply focussing on the new car. We had to call next day to check everything was in order.

All went very well. Because I do not have anyone to ferry me around I arranged through Steve Brand to bring my car in at 8.00am so that I can wait while it is dealt with; which is what happened and is so helpful.

We got the right result in the end, though it took a week and haggling. Stephanie and Molly were excellent. I was also supposed to receive a call from the Head of Business. Never came. I was also supposed to speak to sales re a new car, never came.

One star Service and service advisor interaction fell well below my expectations such that I will looking to go elsewhere. Car was booked in at 9am. No update by 3pm. Received a call at 4pm but had still not received video despite 2pm inspection.

Molly Farmer could not have been superb in looking after me after our new mini had a problem. When I called the generic line I was given an appointment in about 3 weeks. I spoke with Molly who found a time within 24 hours.

My battery was flat which involved having to have the car collected despite The AA having lent me a battery. I drove the car to the service workshop and was told to call mini assist. A complete waste of time. The car was two years old

Very slow contact. Car was booked in for an MOT and I dropped it off at 0900 but wasn't contacted until 1630 to say it was finished. Very frustrating.
