I have a service plan yet was charged for a Brake fluid Service, I was told that next year it would of been free as part of the main service, surely this didn't need doing and could of been reset on the vehicles computer.

'On the day' service is fine and better that things were back at the Mini showroom vs BMW. Trying to sell stuff that wasn't needed via the 'health check' video less fine. However, the booking process (including lead time) is awful. Comments below

I spent almost £500 that day on the service/ MOT: I was very dissatisfied at such an avoidable mistake. I also requested that my car was washed/ vacuumed and that was not done so I do not believe much consideration was taken on my car.

First mini had not connected the MOT with a service that needed doing until I arrived. Second, when the car was ready I had allegedly been left a voice mail but never received. Finally the valet clean forgot the boot, stairwells and missed bits

When I asked if their was a less expensive tyre available to be fitted a solution was found which made it still more expensive than going elsewhere but closer to other prices and I wanted the convenience of getting the MOT and work done right away.

It was my first service and I was advised to have an air conditioning service, which I paid extra for. However, the next day I discovered the air conditioning wasn't working, so had to return the car for another full day while it was fixed.

Completely unsatisfied.. I had booked verbally the vehicle to be serviced and MOT . upon collection the service hadn't even taken place.. an issue on the previous service with an injured management light was the fault of previous visit!
