My sales person was very helpful and calm and was not pushy. I would potentially like some follow up now that I have bought the mini. It would be a nice gesture to know that I am not just dropped after the sale.

Molly Farmer could not have been superb in looking after me after our new mini had a problem. When I called the generic line I was given an appointment in about 3 weeks. I spoke with Molly who found a time within 24 hours.

My battery was flat which involved having to have the car collected despite The AA having lent me a battery. I drove the car to the service workshop and was told to call mini assist. A complete waste of time. The car was two years old
