Good: took time to find me the right car at the right price and the PCP finance. Not good: Not getting part exchange funds on the day of exchange/collection has left me in a tight situation. Said would arrange insurance - I drove home uninsured!

Amber was incredibly helpful, was a smooth and easy process. I was told everything I needed before leaving with the car. She made me feel comfortable. I was slightly nervous as I haven't driven for 2.5 years but she made me feel at ease.

Location to drop off had changed but no comms on email today this has Second year running my water sprayers in the front do not work after being serviced. Last year the same thing, wax gets in then from washing, surely you know this is sensitive!

I dropped my mini off at 11am for a brake fluid service. When I returned and hour later, the car hadn't moved. I was told this was due to mechanics going home sick. Was reassured it would still be ready at 1pm. It wasn't! It was nearly 2pm.

customer service desk wasn't manned twice whan error was made in the booking requiring the car to be collected not being noted in the system and people weren't calling me back to let me know the solution for the safety recall. Apparent short staffing
