I wanted another Mini, but updating from a petrol manual to electric auto I had a lot of queries. Ollie's extensive product knowledge and user friendly explanations gave me great confidence to make the switch. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Had a great experience buying my JCW. I was greeted by Amber, who was friendly, approachable, and answered all my questions perfectly. The team arranged a test drive quickly and provided part-exchange and finance figures without delay.

The Service was all fine.. but I wasn't impressed that I tried to contact Stratstone about increasingly urgent warning messages appearing on my dashboard, and wanted to know if it was even safe to drive to the service .. and I got absolutely no reply

People great, phone system hopeless, only folk who would answer phone were in sales.meant unable to get new tyres / brakes pre-ordered so service took a day longer than hoped. We run three cars - others give a much better service.
