It was my first service and I was advised to have an air conditioning service, which I paid extra for. However, the next day I discovered the air conditioning wasn't working, so had to return the car for another full day while it was fixed.

Slow communication on update of car and wasn't told of work needed until end of the day when I had booked my car in for 9am, this then meant my car had to stay in the garage for the weekend and I was without a car for over 3 days
