Completely unsatisfied.. I had booked verbally the vehicle to be serviced and MOT . upon collection the service hadn't even taken place.. an issue on the previous service with an injured management light was the fault of previous visit!

No communication. We were looking at new cars not one person approached us which was an opportunity lost for you as we were willing to purchase a new car there and then. When we checked in we asked for a valuation which was not done. There's more ...
